1. Are Hadreen properties legally licensed?
Yes, all our properties are 100% licensed by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DTCM), ensuring they meet all safety and quality standards.
2. What is the 'Tourism Dirham' fee?
It is a mandatory government tax per bedroom, per night, for the first 30 nights of your stay. This fee is collected during the booking process.
3. Do your rates include all utility bills?
Yes, our rates are all-inclusive. High-speed Wi-Fi, electricity (DEWA), water, and gas are provided at no extra cost.
4.Is a security deposit required?
Yes, a refundable security deposit is required for accidental damages. It is typically returned within 7–14 working days after a successful check-out inspection.
5. What is your cancellation policy?
Our policy depends on the specific rate chosen. Standard terms are provided clearly on the checkout page before you confirm your booking.
6. Can I extend my stay?
Extensions are subject to availability. Please contact us as early as possible so we can secure the property for your additional dates.
1.What documents are mandatory for registration?
In accordance with UAE law, all guests must provide a valid passport copy (or Emirates ID for residents) prior to or during check-in.
2.What are the standard check-in and check-out times?
Check-in starts at 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
3.Do you offer early check-in or late check-out?
These are subject to availability. Please request this in advance; an additional fee may apply depending on the timing.
How do I collect the keys?
A Hadreen Guest Relations officer will meet you at the property to hand over keys, provide a tour, and assist with your orientation.
5.What if my flight arrives late at night?
We provide 24/7 check-in support. Just share your flight details with us in advance so our team can be ready to welcome you.
1.Are affordable apartments as equipped as luxury ones?
Yes. Every Hadreen home, from affordable to luxury, is fully furnished with a complete kitchen, fresh linens, towels, and essential toiletries.
2.Is high-speed Wi-Fi provided in every property?
Absolutely. All our holiday homes come with dedicated high-speed internet included in the price.
3.Is there dedicated private parking available?
Yes, almost all our properties include at least one free, reserved parking space within the building.
4.How often is housekeeping provided?
Properties are professionally cleaned before arrival. For stays over 10 nights, we offer a complimentary mid-stay cleaning. Extra cleaning can be booked for a fee.
Can Hadreen arrange airport transfers?
Yes, we can coordinate airport transfers and local tours through our trusted partners. Please contact us 48 hours in advance for a quote.
1.Can I host parties or events?
No. We have a strict no-party policy to respect our neighbors in residential communities. Only registered guests are allowed overnight.
2.What is the smoking policy?
All Hadreen homes are non-smoking indoors. You are welcome to smoke on private balconies or terraces using the ashtrays provided.
3.What is the minimum age requirement to book?
The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 21 years old.
